Data Deletion Instructions

Effective October 17, 2026. How to ask SlimReset to delete your account and personal data, including data from Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook sign-in.

1. How to ask for deletion

You can ask BeDoWell Inc. dba SlimReset Canada ("SlimReset", "we", "us") to delete your SlimReset Client Portal account and the personal data linked to it at any time, in either of these ways:

  • Email slimreset@bedowell.com from the email address on your SlimReset account. Use the subject "Data deletion request". Writing from your account email helps us confirm the request is really from you.
  • Call us at 877-431-0806.

Your request covers your whole account, including any data we received when you signed in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook. If we can't confirm your identity from the request, we may ask you a few questions before we act on it.

2. What we delete

We delete your portal account, your profile and contact details, and your sign-in links to Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook. That includes the name, email address and account ID the provider shared with us. We also delete your plans, progress entries, check-ins, messages and other personal data in the Client Portal.

We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, for example payment, tax and accounting records. Those records are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.

3. How long it takes

We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We let you know when it's done.

4. Remove SlimReset from your Facebook account

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove SlimReset's access from Facebook at any time:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
  2. Choose Apps and websites.
  3. Find SlimReset and select Remove.

Removing the app stops Facebook from sharing anything new with us. To delete the data we already hold, please also send us a deletion request as described above.

5. Google, Apple and Microsoft sign-in

You can also remove SlimReset's access from your Google, Apple or Microsoft account security settings. As with Facebook, this stops new sharing; a deletion request removes the data we already have.
